Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This is sometimes called the "cooling-off period". This right is in addition to your other statutory rights.
When does the cancellation period end?
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. Where your order is delivered in several instalments, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, tell us clearly of your decision before the 14-day period ends. You can:
- email us at info@ellisandroe.com with your order number, or
- complete and return the model cancellation form below.
Simply returning the goods without notifying us is not sufficient on its own – please let us know first.
Returning the goods
After telling us you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days to the return address we provide on request (please contact us at info@ellisandroe.com). You are responsible for the cost of return unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you providing evidence that you have returned them, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary.
Exceptions to the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including items sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, and goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Any such exceptions are noted on the relevant product page.
