These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ellis & Roe (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Ellis & Roe Verrillo trading as Ellis & Roe.
2. Ordering and contract formation
When you place an order you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you and arrange a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to reorder at the correct price or cancel. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods shown on the Website.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Orders are shipped internationally. Any import taxes or duties that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 6. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@ellisandroe.com.
7. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.
8. Governing law
If you are a UK consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections of UK consumer law, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to your purchase.
