Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but the law requires us to deliver within 30 days unless we agree otherwise with you.

Delivery costs

Shipping is free on all orders – there are no delivery charges at checkout.

Taxes and duties

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Your order is shipped internationally. Any import taxes or duties that may apply are not included in the price at checkout and, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise. Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you can follow your parcel using the link in your dispatch email, or via our Track Your Order page.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ellisandroe.com and we will put it right. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
